Inga Ellzey, President of the Inga Ellzey Practice Group, Inc. in Casselberry, Florida, is the nation’s foremost expert on dermatology coding, documentation, reimbursement, and medical billing. She has over thirty-eight years of experience in the field of dermatology, twenty of which were spent working with a private practicing dermatologist. Her educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Record Administration, and national certification as a Registered Health Information Administrator. Inga has spent the last 30 years as an educator which included teaching as an adjunct professor at the University of Central Florida. For ten years she served as a contracted speaker with Glaxo-Wellcome-Smith’s dermatology division. During her tenure with this pharmaceutical company, she addressed over 300 dermatology societies nationally with more than 14,000 providers and their staff attending these sessions. Inga has always been known for her humor and wit—making her a very sought-after lecturer. As founder of several national dermatology-specific billing services, her two companies currently serve over 325 providers in 32 states. Collectively, these billing services process over $275 million dollars in insurance claims annually, making hers one of the largest, single-specialty, non-hospital based billing companies in the nation.
Rob Manjura is the Chief Executive Officer of the Inga Ellzey Billing Companies. Since joining the organization in 2010, he has focused exclusively on dermatology revenue cycle management, working with practices across the United States to improve financial performance through disciplined billing operations and rigorous accounts receivable management.
In 2012, Rob started with the billing service, working himself up from being a scanner to his present position. In 2018, Inga promoted Rob Manjura to the position of CEO. Although Rob is Inga’s nephew, they have both a professional relationship as well as a personal one.
As CEO, Rob leads the company’s strategic direction, operational performance, and client partnerships. The organization currently supports more than a hundred private dermatology practices nationwide and manages a substantial volume of claims and collections each year.
Rob works closely with dermatologists and practice leadership teams to address complex reimbursement challenges, navigate payer policy changes, and strengthen revenue cycle performance. He is known for a highly analytical approach to operational problems and a consistent focus on measurable financial outcomes for the practices the company serves.
Even though Inga has reduced her work schedule, she remains a hands-on owner leading the company to continued growth and sustainability in a challenging environment.
